2017 Keyes Award Recipient - Gail Hedgcoth

Joe Hapgood, CAE announced that Gail Hedgcoth, the Osage County Assessor was the 2017 George Keyes award recipient. Gail was unable to attend the conference due to a long-standing schedule conflict so Joe Hapgood had her waiting on the telephone for the announcement. Joe Hapgood was able to present Gail the award in person a few days after the IAAO Chapter meeting.
